Theme tags highlight sleep-related concerns and debates prominently featured in fiction and other forms of popular print culture surrounding the Progressive Era.
To utilize this tool:
- Click on a theme
- You then will see the notes tagged according to that particular theme.
- Click on a note to be taken to the individual annotation
- If you would like to navigate to the particular passage addressed in the annotation:
- Each note is titled according to the passage it annotates (For Roderick Hudson and House of Mirth, the roman numerals in the note titles correlate with chapter numbers; for the "Uncle Julius" Tales and the Forerunner, titles of each story are provided in the note title).
- With the note's title in mind, go to the "Table of Contents" dropdown menu in the upper-left corner of the site.
